recent safari's, volunteers & arusha....
since we haven't written since may, we thought we'd drop in a few lines now....
the high season for safari and tourism has start well and truely now in arusha, and the company has been working hard to accommodate all the guests!
lake manyara, Serengeti & Ngorongoro Crater this week, with excited clients, the trip left Arusha yesterday.
this image is from a safari from last week in the Crater....
poor thirsty elephant invited herself into the camp to take the clients shower water!
here's one of our cars,taking a break for our clients to have their lunch.... and then after lunch....
these guys were spotted! it's now well into dry season, and the amount of dust on the crater floor really shows it, as well as the thirsty elephant!

There's two volounteers travelling our to stay with the company this saturday from england-safe journey girls! they'll be teaching english at a local school for 4 weeks and hopefully having the time of their lives!
Arusha town is now packed with tourists everyday, so last weekend we thought we'd escape them and travel half an hour out of town to Tembo Club near a region called Kisongo. Tembo is the swahili word for elephant and if you look closely t the picture, you'll see this bar is shaped just like an elephants head! not too sure about the scary red eyes though??
